REIV Marketing Awards Recognition

We have been awarded several major The Best of "marketing awards" by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and The Age Newspaper. These awards are very keenly contested and coveted by the major real estate agencies and are a testiment of the recipient’s ability to provide effective results with creative marketing skills.

We are proud of all our other advertising campaigns which have been awarded with a simple "sold" or "leased" sign on our clients properties, equally, as the ones which "stood out" and were recognised by winning their respective categories.

In particular, we are proud of our input into the ground breaking "Residential Warehouse Shells" market and the creation of the entire "Smith Street Factory Outlet Precinct" at the North of Johnston Street and South of Alexandra Parade. These concepts were introduced to the market place by Lucky Teneketzis who continues to look beyond the square for innovative reak estate solutions.

We do not promise miracles although we have created values, which have been classified as "miraculous". We do not exaggerate or promote unrealistic expectations

This process takes time, but it works. We have the ability, the patience required and we are prepared to put in the time and the effort to do this on our clients’ behalf.
