Our emphasis is in the appropriate tenancy selection in the first instance and this is followed up with a clear understanding amongst our clients’ tenants that they are expected to pay the rent and outgoings when these are due and in the event of unforseen circumstances, we liaise between tenant and owner to resolve and overcome small hiccups which occur from time to time. We endeavour to be proactive rather than reactive. When the unexpected happens and legal action is required, we liaise with our client’s solicitors to ensure their instructions are carried out.

The property management department is headed by our property manager - Mr Bill Paspaliaris - who has had substanital experience in property management and with his softly spoken gentle approach, ensures payments are made sooner rather than later and any maintenance matters are attended to efficiently and quickly.

Bill is supported by Anna, Toula and Tess who are the front window of our business. It is these ladies who "run the office" and the property management department - with the rest of us in the background for additional support.
